Who We Are
We are professionals with diverse backgrounds — ranging from impact finance to social innovation, law, and territorial development — united by the conviction that real change requires systemic building, not isolated solutions.
Our Story
Fundación Gen E was founded in 2014, inspired by a simple yet profound conviction: development only makes sense if it improves people’s lives and regenerates the planet.
Over more than a decade, we have grown into a community of entrepreneurs, specialists, institutional partners, and impact investors who believe in purpose-driven innovation and in collaboration as a transformative force.
Our Purpose
To advance sustainable and regenerative management models across Latin America and the Caribbean, helping to reduce poverty, create decent jobs, and tackle the climate crisis.
“Gen E exists so that communities can thrive with more decent work and businesses that create value without destroying the future.”
Our Values
We place human life, society, and the planet at the center of our decisions, promoting environmental regeneration and human dignity.
Courage to Act
We take risks others won’t, backing ideas and projects with the potential to transform today’s crises.
We support vulnerable communities because progress must include everyone. Change must be inclusive and just.
We believe in building bridges among all actors of change. Real transformation happens when we work together.
